SILVER FANCY YARN CLEARER

 SILVER Systems are set to clear both Fancy yarns (filati fantasia & fantazi iplik) and thick multiply woollen and handknitting yarns. This system consists of 3 items:

• Silver Sensor Unit (SSU) 
• Silver Analytics Connection Unit (SACU)
• Silver Analytics Power Unit (SAPU) 

SILVER Sensor Unit (SSU) is  the part where the fancy and thick wool yarns are cleared.

System clears defects of 1 mm length at a speed of 1000 meters/minute. 

Defects can be thin missing plies, gaps, cuttings, etc and also thick like fiber accumulations, knots, etc.

Range of clearing is from Nm 0.3 upto Nm 24.

 SILVER Analytics Connection Unit (SACU) is the part that connects the Silver Sensor Unit to the Silver Analytics Power Unit. 

Up to 6 Silver Sensor Units are connected to a SACU. 

A STOP System can be connected to SACU. Stop System stops the winding head when the sensor detects a fault. 

SILVER Analytics Power Unit (SAPU) is the part containing the WiFi unit and the power supply of the whole units.

To set up the parameters, a tablet or a cellphone or a PC/Laptop can be used. By entering the UI all the settings can be realized. 

The UI page can be accessed with an authority password.
